Make Sure You Have A Piece Count Before You Ship Your Dispaly

Large convention and conference centers may receive thousands of items related to a single show and they have to keep them all separate and get them to the correct exhibit area.

Before your exhibit ships, make sure that anyone with on-site responsibilities has a piece count of everything that is being shipped and a piece of identifying information (better yet, a full inventory) for each piece.  Each piece should be labeled with its own number (1…2…3) and also a number that lists all of the pieces in the shipment (1 of 9, 2 of 9, etc.)

Finally color code your labels with brightly colored tape so that they can be quickly identified and separated from other displays.
