Don’t Disassemble That Booth Until You Take Lots Of Pics

Exhibit PhotoIt is quite common for more than one person in a company to use a trade show exhibit, and quite often they are not even in the same office. That is why pictures are so important-the more the better.

Make sure you focus on these key areas:

Shoot your exhibit from the back as well as the front. Rear view pictures help show how an exhibit fits together.

Arrange your exhibits in an assembly time line format so that someone new to setting up your exhibit can understand the best sequence for putting the display together.

Be sure to take pictures of any damage or wear and tear that needs to be addressed before the exhibit is used again. Go ahead and email those images to whomever will be responsible for making the repairs, so that they can go ahead and assemble the materials and tools that will be needed to make the fix.
